Good Seeds Yoga believes in transmitting the knowledge of yoga as a path to growth and transformation.

Our Mission

At Good Seeds we believe in yoga beyond asana.  We see the vital importance of not only building strength and coordination, but engaging with creative expression, building community, and learning strategies for self-regulation. We stand for integrity in teaching.  Our programs have been developed through over a decade of experience and advanced trainings.

Chelsea Brown was an amazing yoga teacher at our Transition Center for young adults with
disabilities! She is patient and respectful of varying abilities. Everyone reported feeling strong and rejuvenated after her class.

Why good seeds?

Our founder, Chelsea Brown, is a Yoga Alliance Registered Experienced Yoga Teacher with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and over 300 hours of formal training to include a Children's Specialty Certification through Global Family Yoga, a nationwide leader in providing education for children's yoga teachers.

Our programs take a holistic approach to yoga.  We believe that this valuable practice has much more to offer than games and silly poses (though we think those are fun too!).  Good Seeds Yoga classes include individualized attention to meet each child where they are, using a multi-faceted approach to deepen engagement.
