Chelsea Brown (she/her)

Founder, Lead Trainer

Chelsea's professional experience with children spans over a decade to include not only yoga, but work as a camp counselor, educational assistant, and USA Gymnastics certified coach. Her dedication for youth and children's yoga blossomed in 2010. At that time Chelsea was completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training while working as an educational assistant for students with special needs. She quickly discovered the immense benefits a yogic approach to self-regulation had on her students. Chelsea completed her 95 hour Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher requirements in 2017 and since then has been sharing the joys of yoga with children from 18 months to 18 years old through unique, inventive and engaging classes. Chelsea aspires to help shape today’s children into vibrant and connected adults who will use their gift of a lifelong yoga practice to create a more beautiful tomorrow.

Danielle Fierce

Teacher

Danielle began practicing yoga 14 years ago and was immediately drawn in by the mind and body connection. She has a background in dance and found the physical practice of yoga to be fun and challenging—as well as a calming and therapeutic tool to navigate life. Yoga and meditation played a large role in Danielle’s struggle with chronic migraines—her doctor actually “prescribed” yoga! This brought her to have a passion for sharing the holistic healing power of yoga. Danielle studied at the Chicago School of Yoga and received her 200-hour teacher certification in 2019. She recently received her Children’s Yoga Teacher Certification through Good Seeds Yoga.

Danielle loves teaching children yoga—she integrates energetic movement, yoga poses, and breathing exercises while providing a safe and fun environment for kids of all ages. Danielle has a background in psychology and child development. She was a behavior therapist for children with Autism when she realized how beneficial yoga is for self-regulation and sensory processing. Danielle believes it’s never too early to introduce the magic of our breath and the ways it can help navigate the ebbs and flows of life. Danielle’s mission is to spread more love and kindness for the self and others in hopes for a more joyful and harmonious world.

Eddie Miller

Teacher

Eddie has been teaching yoga since 2017 when he first received his 200 hour RYT, but yoga has been a transformational part of Eddie’s life since the age of 15 when he was first introduced to the practice. His current focus is teaching accessible yoga to children of all ages after furthering his training with Good Seeds Yoga’s 95 Hour children’s yoga program.

Eddie has a background and degree in theater, graduating from Florida State University in 2015. He is especially passionate about the positive impacts that  yoga, movement, and play have on a child’s ability to self regulate their nervous systems. Eddie’s dream is to create an integrated community of all ages centered in art, kindness, and connection.
